Some initial details of events planned for 2010/11
04th September 2010
Meet the Team (Recruitment Night) - 9:00pm
At the AGM is was agreed that these will start at 9:00pm at Eazy Street in with players wearing their red and white Social Tops
25th September
Ponteland v Newcastle Ravens - 3pm Kick-Off
This fixture is to be played at Ponteland Rugby Club and we will meet at Novo's for 12:45pm to leave at 1:00pm.
We also hope to join the universities LGBT community in late September as part of their freshers week events.
29th - 31st October
Thebans Rugby Clinic - Edinburgh (http://www.thebans-rfc.co.uk/clinic.html)
As always, the Thebans’ Rugby Clinic will take place in two parts. The first is a robust training session, taking the latest rugby coaching and techniques from the SRU and using their team of coaching staff to further develop our rugby skills. Secondly, the Clinic tournament. A multi game tournament where all the teams play (including a Barbarians team or 2) where the winners will walk away with the Edinburgh Cup.

02nd - 05th June 2011
The Union Cup - Amsterdam (http://www.amsterdamlowlanders.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=71%3Amei-2009&catid=39&Itemid=73&lang=en)
Amsterdam Lowlanders will host the event for all European gay rugby teams and players to join The Union Cup from June 2nd until June 5th 2011. An initial invitation has been sent by email to the boards of all European teams, including 'new' teams from Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
