The Team
The Ravens were born when our first chairman, Dave Burke, came up with the idea of a North East gay rugby team and started to advertise the idea around Newcastle. An informal practice session was held in Heaton Park on the first bank holiday weekend in May 2006, and we've been going from strength to strength ever since. From our regular social nights to the various fixtures we play and the annual Hadrian Cup tournament hosted in Newcastle, we're a fun group to be around.
