DIRECTIONS
The Novos ground is just a short walk from Four Lane Ends Metro. As you walk out of the metro station turn left, then cross over at the main road. Keep going straight, you will pass some shops on your right, and you take the second road on your right, called The Drive. You walk to the end of The Drive and you will see the rugby ground on your left.

These are beginners' sessions with basic skills and fitness work. This session has been set up for new players to come along and learn the sport and meet the team. New players are welcome to come along to a Wednesday training session at any point in the season. Scroll down the page for directions.
